**What is project Library?**

It's a collection or a personal project repository which included character profiles, lore pages and also a concept in progress. you will see emoji before notes which is an indicator of 'progress', What define 'progress' is up to what you will define. It could be completion, or it could just be thought and concept crystallization. (Mostly appiled to lore pages!)

⭐ProtoStar - Get into considerable progress. Not finish, but not bare-bones either.
